Qualifications & Job Description:
- Male
- 25 - 45 years old
- at least Bachelor's / College Degree
- Minimum of 5 years working experience is required for this position
- Install, configure and maintain IP Telephony services and hardware
- Responsible for administration, performance monitoring and tuning, capacity planning and maintenance of Call Managers
- Resolve day-to-day problems related to call managers, IP phones, unity, gateways and telephony infrastructure
- Create and maintain IP Telephony documentation
- Additional consulting tasks within other projects as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or
- similar
- Certifications: Either a CCIE, CCNP or CCVP certification is required (CCIE Voice is a huge plus)
- Specialized in voice technologies and networking, specifically IP Telephony
- Solid Cisco Voice Skills (Call Manager, Unity, QOS, IPCC Express, Teleprescense, etc.)
- Strong Cisco Routing and Switch / Data Networking skills
- At least 3 years of hands-on Cisco experience
- Extensive experience in Layer 2 & Layer 3 technologies
